The BNSSG Enhanced Imaging Macula Referral Service is a innovative new pathway for referral of patients with a BNSSG GP and requiring a referral for macula pathology to Bristol Eye Hospital. The service is provided by Primary Eyecare Services in partnership with Avon LOC through the Opera IT platform.
The mobilisation process for practices can be found here:

Once a practice has completed this process successfully they will be given the green light to go live and use the service.
Once the practice is live, please ensure that all practitioners have the information to enable them to use the new pathway.
