SpaMedica – New eye hospital to open in Wokingham

We’re delighted to announce that we’re opening a new state-of-the-art hospital in Wokingham, providing the following NHS Ophthalmology Services – Cataract Surgery and YAG Laser Capsulotomy.

The hospital will be opening in November 2020 and we are accepting referrals, as normal.

Please be assured we have taken many steps within all our patient pathways, to ensure the utmost safety for both patients and staff in these current circumstances – click here for full details of our additional safety measures.

SpaMedica is registered with the GOC as a CET provider and delegates receive one CET point for attending our SpaMedica Cataract Post-op Accreditation session.
The event is free and includes refreshments.

We work in partnership with community optometrists, with over 21,000 cataract post-op appointments managed by our community optometrists in 2019.
