Berkshire West
Optical practices started to receive their invitations to register for the vaccinations yesterday with a direct invitation from South East Optometry.
Once you receive yours, please make sure you share the link with all staff and locums who work at your practice. The invitation requests that you do not share the invite with any other practice. There was a number of Berkshire West optical staff who registered on the Berkshire East listing yesterday. Please use the booking form received by your practice, it should provide you with a local vaccination centre.

Optical staff – thank you to those of you who have already registered. The listing from yesterday has already been sent to Berkshire East CCG and they should get in touch with you directly soon. If you are a locum in Berkshire East you can register without an ODS code, mark this and your employee number on the form as N/A. The booking details for Berkshire East can be found here if you have yet to register.
