If you have just had your cataract surgery completed at The Royal Berkshire Hospital, The Prince Charles Eye Unit or West Berkshire Community Hospital, please contact the practice of your choice from this list to book your cataract post-operative assessment.
Please advise the practice when booking you require an appointment for a post cataract check and a sight test, and remember to bring your hospital discharge letter when attending your post-operative assessment.
