UHCW SwiftQueue Booking System

22 July 2021

FAO Health Care Professionals in Optometry

UHCW Eye Casualty will be offering telephone triage appointments for patients via swiftqueue. This is for patients to access a telephone triage themselves. There will be a QR code and website link on the trust webpage for the patients to follow.

However, Optometrists will still have access to the triage number for patients they have assessed and need clinical advice/triage.

These changes implemented by UHCW have been made to help the service flow smoother and improve accessibility both for patients and health care professionals.

This is envisaged to start on Friday 23rd July.

Futher details and information will be posted without delay.
