EeRS Update 16th May 2024
Most practices are now registered to EeRS, thank you everyone for your help and involvement in getting this across the line!
We still have a few remaining practices that are yet to register. Please see below 3 important steps that need to be actioned to get your practice registered to Cinapsis EeRS.
1- register interest at https://cinapsissurvey.typeform.com/to/NKb4NaTv ( Please note every practice needs to do this individually)
2- sign & return DPP – this is the agreement between you and Cinapsis (please note some head offices have already done this)3- complete DSPT – this is the national set of NHS agreed areas that practices need to ensure so that they can access/process NHS data. Please see below changes to the ophthalmology routine referral pathway, there are some now key actions that you need to take to support the roll out of Cinapsis EeRS, which is currently planned for May 2024.
As a reminder, Cinapsis EeRS is the new electronic referral system which allows optometrists to electronically refer patients to secondary care.
