Devon Local Optical CommitteeWelcome to the website for Devon LOC who represent Optical professionals and contractors delivering NHS eye care across the county.
The LOC is a NHS England statutory body who liaise between clinicians, optical practices, NHS England, the Devon Integrated Care System, all the four acute hospitals in the area and health care professionals across the county. We also work closely with patient representative groups within the area.
We work to improve eye health outcomes by supporting local eye care professionals to deliver services and remove inequality in eye care provision for all patients.
We hope the information within the site will be useful for providing information to practitioners and patients alike and we would welcome any feedback or comments.
