Pre-Cataract Assessment Provider Choice

Please can all Optoms referring a patient for cataract surgery via Opera remember to type in the provider the patient wishes to be referred to in the comments box. This is essential as the as all the referrals go via the GP and need to be processed correctly to avoid an incorrect provider being chosen.
The comments box is at the end of the assessment process BEFORE you finish the assessment and return to the main menu to refer the patient. Anything can be typed in the freehand box. Selecting the correct provider from the drop down list on the referral section does not negate completing the comments box.
It will save admin time for everyone as Primary Eyecare will will not have to contact your practice to check which provider is required.
