Safeguarding Children:

If you suspect ill treatment of a child or young person you can contact Children’s Services on 020 8583 6600 option 2

Telephone 020 8583 6600 option 1 (Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4.45pm)

Out of hours (after 5pm weekdays or weekends) call 020 8583 2222 and ask to speak to the duty social worker.

If you feel urgent action is needed contact the police on 999.

Safeguarding Adults:

Out of hours, telephone 020 8583 2222

Email the First Contact team Adultsocialcare@hounslow.gov.uk

If someone is in immediate danger, call the police on 999.

NSPCC
The NSPCC’s purpose is to end cruelty to children.  Adults can telephone the NSPCC child protection helpline on 0808 800 5000 if they are worried about a child.
