This event is open to Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS GOS Contractors and associated Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians and Contact Lens Opticians.
The evening will commence with registration and buffet from 18:30 – 19:15. There will also be committee member elections from 19:00 – 19:15 if required. The AGM will commence at 1915hrs. The outline agenda for the evening is:
- Chair’s Report
- Treasurers Report
– Vote of acceptance
– Vote on nomination of accounts scrutineers 2023-24 - Committee election results (if required)
- LOCSU Report
- Primary Eyecare Service Report
The AGM will be followed by a Peer Review CPD session worth 3 points, facilitated by the LOC Committee.
Committee Nominations
There are vacancies on the management committee for three Contractor and two Performer representatives. Your support for the committee would be greatly appreciated and you can develop new skills along the way.
If you wish to be nominated for a position on the Committee; you should complete the Nomination paper available here and return to isilk@hampshireloc.org.uk by Friday12 May 2023
