Online Peer Discussion – Tuesday 24th January 2023 at 7:30pm, joint session with Essex LOC

“Transform your mind and life” – 3 interactive CPD points available

Following the success of the first session in October, which was significantly oversubscribed and received lots of positive feedback, we are pleased to be running a repeat session now.

It is open to anyone who did not attend the first session, either because they did not register last time, were not aware of it, or registered but were not offered a place. Any registrants who failed to attend last time and did not let us know in advance will be unlikely to secure a place this time.

Power of breathwork
Wheel of your life
Hacking hormones
Mindfulness and Communication
