Pathways in Westminster & the Tri-borough

Currently all referrals in Westminster should be made through the Single Point of Referral system (SPoA) or  Opera system, this is regardless of whether or not you offer enhanced services.

For the rest of the tri-brough all referrals should be made via the GP.

For cases of Wet AMD, practitioners should contact Western Eye Hospital either via telephone or email (See Emergency Eye Casualties below for details)

Please note: There is no Macula Clinic at Charring Cross so do not refer emergencies.

There is no Emergency department at Chelsea & Westminster.
