Referrals in Liverpool should now be sent electronically via the electronic Referral System (eRS). The platform used for this is Opera which can be accessed at https://app.optom-referrals.org/

Help and support for the Opera referral system can be found at https://help.optom-referrals.org/ there are several articles available that can guide you on how to best use the platform. Help can  also be found via the blue speech bubble in the lower right corner of the screen.  An answer is usually available via a link to an article however if your query is not answered then you can ask a question which usually receives an email response within a few hours.
