As an LOC operating across two CCG’s North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire practices will sometimes have access to different schemes.
Each scheme will state which area it is relevant for.

Practices referring patients registered with a GP with North & North East Lincolnshire should now refer direct to the relevant provider.
